    Thumbs up Haven Historicals Meeting

    Hi everybody,

    Troy here to let you know, if anyone is interested in becoming a member of the HAVEN HISTORICALS, I will be holding a meeting on Thursday, October 13th at 6:30PM. It will be an opportunity to see who all is interested, get your contact information, discuss what we would like to achive, go over some ideas I have for the group, what games and times periods to explore and to generally get to meet each other. If you are not able to attend the meeting, simply let me know or PM me with your contact info. You all know how much I enjoy historicals and i hope you all do as well. I really want to make this a success and with your help, we will be able to achieve that.

    T-shirt size is XL. I'm looking forward to seeing the final design and finding out who participates and is active in the HAVEN HISTORICALS group. Also, if anyone is interested in starting a map-based campaign of Sengoku-era Japan, let me know. I've been trememdously interested in starting a miniatures wargame group covering this era and I think there are enough players in the area who are interested in the Samurai theme (Legends of the Five Rings, for example) to get this started. We just need to settle on a ruleset that fits.
