    The Inari

I was just made aware of the "Errata" to change the Inari pt cost from a reasonable 180pts (for something with 9dice of rockets and 3 cruiser-worthy turrets) to a mere 70pts. Plus, I never realized the impact of Altitude Skimming til now.

So this model, as written currently, is just frakkin stupid versus all considerations of game balance.
I have stopped playing other games before over less imbalance than this.

Has anyone active on the Spartan forums seen any discussion of further Errata to the Inari?

I agree it is overpowered, but the general consensus that I've seen is that other things in the Japanese list balance it out, namely how bad their dreadnought is compared to the other factions.
edit: as for fixing it, maybe house rule it up to 100 points? Then a full squadron cost the same as a full squadron the British Hawk scout rotors which have similar abilities.

Yes...I have been cursing that thing for its relatively cheap cost

180 was way to much, 70 is way to low....as Josh mentioned maybe house ruling it up to 100pts would help caus right now a Empire playe can run 3 of those for onl 210pts which is scary lol

Let's try 100pts for a while, see how that works out.

    Re: The Inari

Just out of curiousity, how has the house rule and playtesting worked regarding the Inari rocket crusiers?
The only time I have included them in my Empire of the Rising Sun fleet is when I played them against Travis' Canadians. They made a very explosive debut on their first volley of rockets but, other than that, they just attracted fire.
Like most of the Empire's rocket armed vessels, they need to be kept at range for maximum results which means that other vessels need to shield them from other AA threats and air assets as they close which doesn't take much time.

    Respectfully,
