The new game of TITAN is out. I have a copy of the game and know how to play. This Saturday I will be running a game to teach anyone who is interested how to play.
In this game, each player has a leader called a Titan, with legions of mythical creatures on his side. You start off with Centaurs, Gargoyles and Ogres. You move about the board with your legions of creatures trying to recruit more powerful creatures to fight for you: warbears, Minotaur, Cyclops, Behemoths, Giants, Dragons, and more. The fun part is when your legions of creatures run into another players creatures. The play then moves from the game board to the battle boards, where you maneuver your forces against the other side. Each battle board is different, depending on where you meet. It could be in the mountains, swamps, desert, frozen tundra, or many others. Each creature has advantages in its native land. The warbear has an advantage in the drifts of the tundra, but will at a disadvantage in the sands of the desert against the Griffon.
The game is fun to play, has both luck and strategy. Up to six players can play. Let me know if you are interested and I will hold a spot for you, or just show up on Saturday. I plan to start at 1:00.
