Wow...a flow chart for combat effects. Is this getting to complicated?

I think there are mainly three distinctions:
--Attacks which generate additional attack rolls within the same action (Chain Lightning, Sweep attacks)
--Attacks which fully resolve, then cause additional effects or attacks (Beserk)
-- Attacks which cause multiple hits or damage rolls (Ashes to Ahses)
They need to class those out very soon though

Thanks for posting this Dale.
Oh, and I might point out that above in your example Chain Lightning is still just one attack that generates multiple DAMAGE rolls.
WAY different than a sweep or strafe attack that generates multiple attack AND damage rolls.
Keep that in mind for the future.

Whoops...correct. Move Chain down to the thrid category, and add Strafe and the Seraph thing to the first.
