Smallville: Atlantis . . .

I heard they were negotiating to do Three's Company: Atlantis when John Ritter died. The wacky kids go on a swingin' seniors cruise, only to be washed overboard in the Bermuda Triangle, along with the persickety gay captain, played, of course, by David Hyde Pierce, whose guidance runs them afoul of cannibal pirates, from whom they are rescued by wise Atlanteans, so engrossed by he titillating hijinks that they invite the merry castaways to an immortal life of comfort under the sea. Can Jack behave himself among the nubile brides of Atlantis? Stay tuned to find out!

uh oh....this could be bad. With Smallville getting closer and closer to Superman everyday (in fact most of the episodes happen in Metropolis anyways), that show is probably winding down to an end.

Now this new show, which will just happen to star EVERY guest star from Smallville. I dont know, Aquaman never appealed to me.

Ving Rhames AND Lou Diamond Phillips in a series? The heavens are rumbling.

THe only time Aquaman was really interesting was when Peter David took over the writing chores. And that is when Arthur became a major bad ass.

Not sure about this series though....

Okay, that's confusing, because its the same guy they had playing Green Arrow on SMALLVILLE last season. But he can carry a show - certainly upstaged Tom Welling a lot.

Expect lots of bad CGI sea monsters, and at least one Cthulhu ripoff

Should any sidekick be named "Swallow"?

I just don't think so,

Aquaman's actual sidekick was Aqualad. His name was Garth and he later joined the Teen Titans and then later became the character TEMPEST.

Swallow is "Ickyer". I like Swallow.

Jim. Notice the omission of the pivotal word "to". :o
