Hi, I figured I'd create a thread where everybody can post rules questions and/or contributions/clarifications at will.
I had a great teaching game with Rich last night and learned a mistake was made with him and Rob H. So I wanted to tap dance in Rob's direction to clarify a rule so he knows for the future. That way Rob, you won't be surprised in a future game.
Kharchev's "Iron Curtain" spell runs the 10" or less length between the two jacks it affects. When this happens it states when an enemy model crosses any line between those two warjacks it's knocked down and takes a POW 12 damage roll.
Rich mentioned you guys thought it was a single line from center to center.
It's meaner than that. Basically the Iron curtain runs the entire width of the base. It's an easy mistake to make, though, so be careful there for the future.
Game on and if anybody else comes up with an interesting rules situation we could learn from feel free to post it here.
