i am interested in doing a game i made a post i am going to be at the store around 12 or so and try and get a game in before my wife is done with work and comes up to the store for her match. unfortunately i only have 1000 points in necrons finished right now but if you are interested i will be at the store hopefully around 12

Unfortunately, I can't make it up to the store that early in the day this week but, perhaps you and I can get together at the Haven for somewhat regularly scheduled 40K games in the future?

I have found myself with some more available time but, a lack of scheduled games due to the days that I have available or simply a lack of players who are otherwise committed to a game.

Also, I'm still planning on my duel versus the Dark Angels on Sunday afternoon and have time available on Sunday evening following that match from about 3 - 6 PM?

Did the Eldar army you opposed have any Farseers?

Depending on how closely tied the "DOOM" psychic power is to the Eldar army' strategy could have tipped the balance. Does your army include a psyker of any kind? Other than Thousand Sons, I don't think there are many good psyker Chaos army out there that can challenge an Eldar army in the psyker phase. Most Space Marine armies have to have a Librarian now a days just for the chance to negate Eldar psychich powers with their Psychic Hood. And Eldar Runes of Warding have a devastating effect against enemy psykers... roll 3D6 and add them together. Any roll equaling 12 or more and the enemy psyker suffers a Perils of the Warp attack.

Kevin, I'm sorry I did not get back with you. I work Evenings, 2 -10 PM, Sunday to Thursday. So, it's only Friday or Saturday for me. I try to give the evenings to the family, exceptions going to league play or long running tournaments. See you at the tournament on the 26th?
