air power

I have recently seen the beauty of air power. My question is Do i need 3 of the mini models to represent or just 1? I can't seem to locate a ruling as to having to have 3 planes. Do players bring 3 planes to tourneys when there is only 1 target per air assault anyway?

The norm is to have three planes, to represent the max number of aircraft that could attack. Most people I have seen who use airpower have three models.

I don't know what the tourney rules are, they may require three planes. I use one 15mm plane and represent the others with counters.

thanks for the info. And now that i see the price to field 3 models--I realize i am in the wrong business.
