Tourney on Nov 3rd

There will be a constructed tourney at 600pm on sat, Nov 3rd
The entry fee will be $5.00
This is a Samurai event there will be promo's given away and a Sword will also be awarded to first place

I will be judging the event using the availible information. but any card not ruled on that i make a ruling on will be final until i get an answer from AEG.
