White Dwarf?

Does anyone know what issue of the White Dwarf has the new rules changes for the armies. I know it was a recent one, I am thinking around #320.

whihc rule changes are you talking about, im not familiar with what you are looking for. if you give me a little more info ill be glad to see if i can find it, i just aint sure what article you are looking for

I thought just before the new rule system came out that white dwarf published what some of the changes to the armies would be for the new rules?
