Yo, It's Tim. Kickin' around the idea to run another league... April timeframe. Weekly random drawings, food, crazy rules you'll ever see in any RTT... pretty much the usual. Anyone interest? Any questions? Anyone wanna vouch for my league skizills?
***UPDATE we will be doing the league on the 4 thursdays in April.***
Here's the last league's website I ran.

and now a quick FAQ (if you've never participated in any o' my leagues before--new questions in bold):
1. Q: Hey Tim, what're your leagues all about?
A: Fun, if you're not having any, holla at me, I'll make sure that changes. ASAP.
2. Q: How come you only run it for 4 weeks?
A: Who really wants to play a 40k league forever? You realize how much attrition occurs when leagues aren't run quickly?
3. Q: I noticed you have a website, and post missions in advance, what if I don't have a cpu?
A: How are you reading this?
4. Q: Why must we take vacation time just to be present at the league days? How come we can't play on off days?
A: 40k is the big dog of games, how can you promote the hobby if you don't show alot o people having fun together? Besides, this isn't RPG-style clandestine operations in yo mammas basement!
5. Q: Seriously, what if my wife is pregnant and I have to miss a day or something?
A: You have a wife, and she lets you play 40k?! Well, I will make arrangements in special cases, but you will miss out on the pizza, and the weelky giveaway, and a fun environment, and pizza...
6. Q: I'm a noob and I might get pwned all 4 games LOL BRB, AFK, ROFLMOAONOMG... L33T!!
A: Um, ok, I think I understood that question... Mine is a narrative league, winners and losers get different adjustments as they win or lose, only a few skilled generals will end up winning all 4 rounds.
7. Q: Do I have to have a painted army?
A: This time, yes. 3 colors. The pictures turn out better that way... start painting, today!
8. Q: How many points we talkin' here?
A: I want to shoot for 1750, but I will settle for 1500 (popular concensus will rule). I won't go higher for time purposes, and GTs are 1750, why can't I be that cool too?
9. Q: Any army restrictions?
A: HECK no! NONE whatsoever. However, the 'composition' is indeed somewhat of a factor for the overall. You opponent will probably get to rate it on a fun scale, and I will use it in case of tie-breakers. My philosophy is play what is fun for YOU.
10. Q: How many points are we gonna go with this time around, seriously?
A: I want 1750, 1750 points. If everyone cannot do that we will drop to 1650, then 1500 as a very last resort. Bottom line, build for 1750.
11. Q: Any helpful comp guideline we should go with?
A: Play what you feel is balanced. Winning will not be such a huge issue, as there are modifiers that help/hinder depending on what you may have. Balance is the only thing I can recommend to stay competitive.
12. Q: Do we need to have the same army the whole way through? The same sublist (i.e. Marine chapter, Guard doctrines, etc)? The same list?
A: Like the Kool-Aid man said: "OH YEAAAAH"
13. Q: Yo Tim, from what I understand, you're going to be posting the missions and whatnot ahead of time. All the missions at once, or just the one for the week we're on?
A: The league is narrative in nature, so I can't really post much further than 1 week in advance. Of course that's why I've gotta be firm on the entrance limit, and days to play--a missed game means everything gets delayed slightly, and noone likes that.
14. Q: When you mention that the opponent will be judging us on our Comp, do you mean as in an RT?
A: Yeah kinda, except I will have very descriptive choices to make it easy for everyone to vote. ALSO it cuts down on the "I lost, so I'm taking it out you factor", this has never been a problem before, but I mention it for clarification.
