View Full Version : THE L5R Samurai Mentorship Program

do to the recent influx of new players to our wonderful game i have instituted a mentor program

along this having someone to ask your questions too there will be classes to help you become a better player

the first class is Sat, Aug 18 at 6:00pm this class will focus on basic deck building and play.

the next class will work on how to fine tune your deck and place a secondary victory condition inside your deck. not sure exactly when this will occur prob two weeks after the first one.

i am also starting a contest which i will announce at this class on the 18th

so i know i matched some of you up with some mentors if you dont have one come see me at the store im there every wednsday and almost every saturday and just about every other friday.

to those who have chosen to be a mentor, my thanks and i will soon have something special for you too

I may try to make the class, depending on work that day. I picked up a Phoenix deck yesterday, thereby breaking my vow against CCGs and dishonoring myself.

As the witch said though, "I may be Bad, but I feeeel Gooooooood..."

At least if you had to pick a CCG to break your vow with, L5R is a worthy one.

the class was wonderful i want to thank everyone for showing up
we will have more classes coming up soon

we will also be having some fun nights and doing some more tourneys

is there anything you guys and gals want to have please let me know and i will be there saturday and wednsdays to help all my players so if you need something come see me

I wanted to ay thanks to all who came out for Charles' class on Saturday night. It was great to see lots of new players there and returning players there supporting the game we all love. And thanks to Charles for running the class. It was much appreciated big guy.
