So, what's with the limited posting ability in various parts of the portal? Are the areas with the 'four-black-dots-in-a-diamond-pattern' the only areas open to the public? And are we going to be archiving/moving some of the topics from the old site to here, as some have pertinent links and such for game related ilk. And why are the avatars and some signatures disabled? I'd ask all this in the proper topic, but I'm blocked from posting or replying there...

How do I get an Avatar?
When I go to the Avatar section the dot is filled in and will not let me have one????
