Board Game Night--Jan 11

Every second Wednesday, beginning Jan 11, Ray and I will be running a Board Game Night at the store from 6pm to close. Bring your favorite games or come to learn some new ones. Feel free to post which games you're bringing.

Also, if you have a game you would like to play you can always request one. No guarantee, but someone else might have a copy and be able to bring it.

I've always wanted to play Acquire or Space Hulk. Could you bring one of them?

More seriously...

I'd like to play Ad Astra. It's a game in the theme of Settlers of Catan. But it's in SPACE!. Also, there are no dice in the game, so the luck factor is out. It can handle up to 5 people.

I got the Blood Bowl Team Manager game for christmas so if there is any interest in it I will bring it.

Sounds good (on both fronts). After playing Blood Bowl a couple more times and reading through the rules myself there are a couple things that make more sense now.

Hey James. Nice to meet you. We had about Trish, Ray, Victoria, Pat, Ryland, Dave, James, Max, Rob, and Carissa show up for board game night tonight and had quite a bit of fun. Games that hit the table included:
Tsuro
Stone Age
Straw
Penny Arcade

We are hoping more will show up next month on Feb. 8th, the next board game night. Once the post goes up for the event put up any games you would like to play or bring and we will see what we can do.
