Legion Ogrun and Mercenaries

Part of the Searforge Commission for my Mercenaries reads

(A Searforge Commission) can include Mercenary Rhulic and/ or Ogrun models/units.

So can I take Blighted Ogruns from the Legion? And if not, they why not?

As near as I can tell (after a half hour or so of internet searching), the Mercenary Descriptor is being applied to both Rhulic and Ogrun so a better way for it to have been written would have been "can include Mercenary Rhulic and/or Mercenary Ogrun models/units.

From a fluff perspective, Ogruns are citizens of Rhul just like the Dwarves. But, Everblight is seizing and corrupting those ogre citizens for his blighted warmongers and warspears. Hence, the Rhulic nation is not in league with Everblight, but actively opposing the corruption of their citizenry.

Once again English proves to be inadequate to express ideas, both ways of reading that sentence are correct. We should use math: Mercenary(Rhulic + Ogrun) models/units. Of course the other way of reading it does allow Thagrosh to lead a Seaforge army and that would be entertaining.
