So question for the wise ones of the board
Im hearing grumblings, and kinda feel the same way that SOTR isnt being supported very well.
Is the company unable to keep up with the demand, or are they just not being supportive of the game entirely?
I truly love secrets and if its going downhill I may need to grab as much as I can so I can have a long lasting supply lol (yes i know the Haven will love me then :P )

Travis,
First, I apologize if I was part of the discussion that made you think that SOTR was dying. Is it on the back burner? It seems so. But is it dead? No. Look at their forum. Will there be any more new books/minis/etc? Who knows.
There are two schools of thought on "Dead or Dying" game systems. The first I call the "Games Workshop Player School". That's not to say that GW players are the only ones who fit into this category. I've seen the same mentality with many other game system players over the years, and more recently, at the Haven. A new version of a ruleset comes out that is unpopular, and everyone quits playing or the level of play drops off to a point where the game is effectively dead. My question is always, "Well, you liked the last edition, why not just keep playing that one?" This happened with an old game called Warzone. A great game that died because no one liked the newest edition. I've also seen great games die because of a company no longer supporting it. Ever hear of Man o' War?
The other school of thought is the "Kid in a Candy Store School". Your favorite game dies, or isn't supported well. What do you do? Well, its your now. Do what you want with it! You're not going to a national tournament where your house rules/units are not allowed. You're playing with friends and trying to fix what made the game die, or just playing a game that you like.
Troy, The Mick and I feel very strongly about this with Secrets (and several other games). West Wind has not quit making minis, so Rob can get you whatever you want. Probably for a long time. Heck, we haven't even started including the units from DoomsDay. Plus, the Mick and I have a coupole of ideas for you damn Brits and a Seelie Court alliance.
Cheer up buddy. We aint dead yet!!
