Spring League Week 1 Games

Figured I'd start this up. I'm looking for two things:

1. A game vs. Protectorate/Skorne, any caster
2. A game vs. Cygnar, preferably Haley for some hot Kaya-on-Haley mudwrestling action.

I'm looking for a game against Cryx for a little "family feud" action against my Legion.

I need a Khador/Trolls game first off. Then I'll play whoever wants some Skorne.
Thursday Night is pretty much it for me this week.

I’m up to play. I will definitely be there Thursday and I could probably make a Friday night or Sunday afternoon game this week. I would love to play a Cryx player for the bounty and I am open to playing anyone who wants to try to score a bounty vs. Cygnar. Any size will do, though I prefer 750.

Let's see. Starts at 11 PM. Three 90 minute games. 15 minutes in between, at least, 'cuz people are human.

All WM league players,
I talked to Ryan and got his ok to have league play at my house on Mondays. Depending on my work schedule, we could have games starting in late afternoon and running until 10pm. There is only one table so 500pt games should be a rule. Bring your own snacks and drinks(prefer non alcohol). I have a fridge,microwave and coffee maker/toaster oven in basement. TV too if you show up for a game early. I live by the Powers/Woodman intersection. Call to set up if you want to play- not just me, anyone can set up a game. My cell is 720-490-1508, home 528-6863. OKAY_DOOKAY, just seems strange seeing how NONE of the measured movement included rough terrain....

Edit: I got the references on the fact that you are considered to be in rough terrain if any part of your base, and thus for woods that would give you the +2 Defense. Also loosing any movement precludes you from charging, and sans a special ability you cannot charge through rough terrain.

My question is, do you take a movement penalty if your butt is in the woods but the front is not and you move straight out?

If any part of the base (even the rear say 1/16 of an inch) is in rough terrain, you then move at 1/2 rate until you LEAVE the rough terrain. So...easier to measure from the back of the base for movement when leaving rough terrain.

Using the 1/16" example above, then you're considered to have moved 1/8" once you're out of the terrain and then can move normally, but even that small amount is enough to preclude a charge.

Now...that's REALLY specific and more to provide concrete terms for an example "on paper" as it were.

In an actual game - sort of putting it all into practice - I'd say...well I can't charge you but I can walk/run up to you and (if walked) attack. Also I'd stop "a little" (eyeball it) short to account for the almost negligible effect of having had a tiny bit of my model in rough terrain.

Guess its my bad, I am used to using the front of the model because you can get a more accurate measurement. Note Taken.

To CaptAmerica - I think I ended up walking out of the woods so no probs there.

To Nathan - Sorry if I was confused and passed it on to you. The charge allowed one senechal to one shot your shedder, but since I won by caster kill and not points I do not believe it would change the outcome of the game.
