August Magic Schedule
All events start at 6PM on Saturday nights at Gamers Haven. All events are fun casual formats. Please bring your DCI number if you have one. Open play is also welcome and if you would like to learn to play someone will be available to teach. Please contact me if you have any questions or ideas for future events.
August 7 Due to the Auction there will be no Magic this evening.
August 14 Multiplayer - Bring a minimum 60 card deck, no sideboard. All players will play at one table against each other. We will use player range during the event..your spells, effects, and attacks will only be able to reach so many seats aways. The range will be announced at the start of the tournament based on the number of players.
August 21 Booster Draft $15 Players will purchase three boosters of Magic from the front counter. Boosters used will be announced on the day of the event. Players then sit in a group. One booster is opened for each person then the player picks one card from the pack and passes the pack to the next player where he picks a card and passes the remains of the pack on to the next player. This continues until all cards have been drafted. After that has happened each player will build a deck from the cards they picked.
Please bring basic land with you to finish your deck with.
August 28 Highlander - There can be only one! Bring a minimum 60 card deck that contains no more then one of any card except for basic lands. No sideboards.
